I bought a villa in Phuket few years ago, did it with local lawyer (and, honestly, lawyer had cost me a lot, I wish I met these guys sooner). Later, I realized that taking care of it and micro-managing everything from my home is not the thing I want to do. I was careful while choosing someone I can trust with my investment. Our services in Property management area usually include:

Property management - what about the numbers?

Some, let’s say fundamental services, like booking, managing customers, checking the property, paying bills, etc., are included in our fee we charge you from every rental, on the same basis as Airbnb or Booking.com works.

We work in close cooperation with REA Phuket for buying, selling and renting properties in Phuket – you can check their webpage here…

Some, additional or special requests, for example cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance and repairs, are subject to additional payment, based on the price of the external contractor and difficulty of the job.

 

My biggest headache with my Thai style villa in Phuket was finding the right company to do the maintenance or repairs properly. As I am not living in Thailand long-term, I do not know the "right people" and IMHO, the quality of many contractor's work in Thailand is far beyond European standards. So leaving this issue to iura Phuket, especially checking the quality of external jobs done, was a real redemption for me.
