What do I need to pay?

Basically, your payments can be divided into three categories:

  1. Long time rent, usually paid on a monthly basis
  2. One time paid Deposit to the owner of the property – depends on agreement with the landlord, can be 1, 2 or 3 months rent and is paid back to you upon finishing the rental contract in agreed time
  3. Our monthly maintenance fee, covering looking after your property, dealing with landlord, managing maintenance and fixes, dealing with services providers, governement and municipality, handling customers on the spot etc.

From every short-term rental contract with your client, we charge a commission of 30 % of the rent. This commission includes 20 per cent commission of online services like Airbnb, Agoda and Booking.com, used to get your customers.

Additional or special duties, for example cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance and repairs, which are done by external contractors or technicians, are subject to separate payment, based on the price of the external inputs.

I will be honest: At first, I was really skeptical about the whole concept. But for 400 EUR a month, I gave it try.
