If you are into night-life, Bangla road in Patong is probably the most famous walking street in Thailand, with buzzing venues every night until very late. Last, but not least, there is Illuzion club on Bangla road, ranking Nr. 1 club in Asia and Nr. 15 in the world.
On the other hand, there is a lot of much more quieter and more relaxing places to stay in Phuket like Kamala, Surin, Karon or Kata.
Long story short, everyone finds something in Phuket for their full satisfaction.
Phuket is also a great central location for making one day to few days trips to other parts of south Thailand – Koh Samui, Krabi, Koh Phangan, Phi phi islands and many many more.

Phuket is really a safe place to live, in general, people are nice and you meet police officers, being paid big respect, all day and night. In case there is some health issue, accident or medical emergency, you can rely on great quality hospital and medical care, especially in Bangkok hospital in Phuket town.
I had a personal experience with medical care in Bangkok hospital in Phuket town, not an easy one, and trust me, the care and expertness level of doctors was better than in many European countries. I would never be in doubt to trust them with my life again.
Phuket international airport is destination to all major airlines, with flights from Russia (Aeroflot), from most of all the big airports (Qatar airlines, Emirates) and also with many direct flights, for example from Vienna (Eva air).
From Phuket airport, you can easily fly to Bangkok, Koh Samui, Pattaya and other favorite tourist destinations within Thailand, as well as to other southeast Asia countries.
Last, but not least, the prices of businesses and real estate are still down after all the Covid-19 era and we are sure it is right time to buy some property and manage it or just to sell it with profit later.
